What you are submitting
WorkFair is collecting workplace concerns and optional employment contracts to understand people’s experiences and develop a future service. Submission is free. We may contact you about your submission, but we do not promise a response or a review within any particular time.
This is not a claim or legal service
Uploading does not start a legal claim, appoint WorkFair as your representative, or create a solicitor–client relationship. We do not currently assess entitlement, give individual legal advice or recover compensation. No payment, outcome or compensation amount is guaranteed.
Submitting here does not preserve or extend any legal deadline. If you need help now, seek independent advice from a qualified adviser, your union or an appropriate employment support service.
What you may upload
Only upload your own employment contract, or a document you are authorised to provide. Give accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Remove bank details, signatures, identity numbers and personal information about other people. Do not include health information, union membership, criminal allegations or other sensitive personal information at this intake stage. Do not upload malicious files or material unrelated to your workplace concern.
Your document and permission
You retain your rights in your document. You give WorkFair permission to receive and store it, make the copies needed to run this intake, and review it for the purposes explained in our Privacy Notice. Your submission is not published on this website or sent to your employer by this intake service.
Updates and sharing
Marketing emails require a separate, optional choice. You can submit without signing up for them. Sharing the website does not share your contract or contact details. No referral payments are currently offered.
Stopping or changing the service
You can ask us to stop contacting you about your submission or request deletion using the contact in our Privacy Notice. We may change or stop the pilot. Any future paid service, representation or referral reward would require separate terms; this submission does not commit you to it.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to how we use your submission will be explained before the new use begins, with further permission sought where needed.
